At our store, we take pride in the quality of our products. Everyitem is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with your order number and photo proof. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue isverified. Contact us anytime.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refundedunless they arrive damaged or defective.

We Do Not Offer Refunds If:
- The wrong size, color, or variant was ordered
- The shipping address was entered incorrectly
- You changed your mind after purchase
- The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- If you entered the wrong shipping address or need to make anychanges, you must contact us within 4 hours of placing your orderOR by 5:00 PM EST (end of business day)— whichever comes first. After this timeframe, your order will begin production and weunfortunately cannot guarantee any switches or cancellations. If you contact us in time, we will absolutely do our best to update your order — but once processing begins, changes are no longer possible.

Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. Once an order has entered production, itcannot be canceled. 

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may request areturn within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in originalcondition, and the order has not already been processed. Contact us anytime.
